We mourn the loss of our dear friend, Dennis (Denny) Hachenberg, who passed away on June 1, 2026. A devoted supporter of the Kansas City Blues Society and blues music, Denny was a beloved presence in the local music community.
Denny and his wife, Sheila, were familiar faces on the local music scene and traveled widely to attend blues concerts and festivals. His life reflected kindness, generosity, and a deep love for the music and the people around him.
We deeply admired the life he lived and the goodness and kindness he shared with others. He will remain irreplaceable in our hearts.
